Only one for me

I have using Turbo Tax for ever . One year son tried another tax program and we did it compared to Turbo Tax guess what Turbo Tax found more deductions and a bigger refund.
What's great about it: Easy guides you through everything
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo tax is great, walks you through IRS filing
What's great about it: ease of form completion and filing

As an ex-tax preparer and accountant I find the ease of usage is what brings me back again and again. I personally think that the normal filer finds an advantage in their being able to have a tax program that is easy to use.
What's great about it: Very, very easy to follow
What's not so great: takes awhile

2014 Perfect

Been using this software for years and it's made tax time very easy. Get your records ready, fill in the blanks and bingo! You're done. My taxes are simple anyway, but Turbo Tax makes it easier.
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate and fast!
What's not so great: nothing I can think of.

Boo for the "upgrade"

I have used Turbo Tax almost as long as it has existed and this is the first year I was less than thrilled with my experience. Having to upgrade to Premier for a $91 capital gains amount was ridiculous. I did my research ahead of time and thought I could still use my regular "Deluxe" edition, but when I got to that measly little capital gain, I had to upgrade. Other than that disappointment, Turbo Tax is by far the easiest way to do your own taxes. I do hope that you will return to your "old" versions of Turbo Tax next year. :-)
What's great about it: Easy to get taxes done
What's not so great: I had to upgrade to Premier because of less than $100 of capital gains. That seem ridiculous!

Have peace of mind for years with Turbo Tax

I feel Turbo Tax is super easy to use, after visiting CPA for years with a lot of documents and making appointments and waiting...Now I can do myself at home during tax season these years, start at anytime and stop/continue within my own control! The steps are clear and easy to follow. No worries about the calculation at all. Fast transmission to IRS and we pay or get refund efficiently! I will stick to Turbo Tax in the future years.
What's great about it: So easy to use!
What's not so great: Not found yet.

Easy Does It

The program and process is very easy with a good amount of information to assist you with what is required and not required. I only had one small issue with the advice that I needed the Premier Version because of land sold, but after the purchase and some help from the online help function I determined this type of sale did not require the software upgrade to cover my situation.
What's great about it: Very Easy and Fast
