Easy to Use

Be your own preparer with this if you are at all confident of understanding how the IRS works. The step by step questions and options is thurough and it's hard to make a mistake. I like the import function from banks and brokerage accounts. Populates the needed fields accurately and saves on the paperwork and web surfing. Great product!
What's great about it: gives you flexibility to go into as much detail as you need, section by section, or run through it quickly.
What's not so great: hard to think of any

as usual a wonderful experience. I did not like the upgrade with premier-never had to do that before to file with stock sales.
What's great about it: easy- easy to get help by phone
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I changed my withholding, how do I adjust the estimated tax vouchers.?
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Depreciation on rental property is less than manual taxes done by my sister accountant for her share of property.

A little disappointed.

Did not cover or handle IRS Form 8621. By now, and with the popularity of Master Limited Partnerships, you would think that TT would be up to the task. When checking to see what to do, I was given the choice to prepare the form manually and then mail in my return. Electronic filing was not an option if a 8621 was involved. If I had to go to a professional preparer that uses more robust tax software, it would cost a small fortune. That would negate the reasonable pricing of TT. Add the 8621 for next year please and keep up with some of the more complex tax issues...or don't call your product "Premier".
What's great about it: Usually an excellent tax prep package. Covers the basics.
What's not so great: Premiere wasn't so premiere this year.

Not sure if rental property repairs and upgrades were properly applied to taxable amount of income.
What's great about it: Easy to follow step by step guidance.
What's not so great: Rental property deductions for repairs a little cofusing.

Simplify

Turbo Tax makes an awesomely complicated and relatively unpleasant project (completing tax returns to file taxes) quite painless. Allowing Turbo Tax to guide me through the process, and to fill in information from prior year return, makes it so much easier and quicker. I suspect I would get a smaller refund if I did taxes on paper an unguided. Thank you, Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Helpful in identifying all possible items

easy to use

I do volunteer AARP taxes on a very miserable IRS program. I could do mine on the AARP program for free but still chose to use Turbo Tax as I have done for years. Maybe you could convince the IRS to use your program.
What's great about it: Best program ever
What's not so great: you fixed the lack of Schedule D with the refund.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
