Love Turbo Tax!

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and it amazes me how much they improve it every year. They've turned a time consuming and often confusing process into a quick and painless experience. I don't have complicated taxes, but they are in now way simple and it's nice to have Turbo Tax to walk me through the little things that could stump me.
What's great about it: So fast and simple. Did my taxes in less than 2 hours.
What's not so great: The transition from Deluxe to Premier was a bit of a bummer

Turbo Tax is very thorough in that it asks you and double asks you about all income and deductions, It makes sure that you can take advantage of every possible way to get a better return. Your return is only as good as what you put in, but Turbo Tax asks you about possibilities you are not even aware of or what the heck it means. I have been with Turbo Tax for a number of years now and as usual I will most likely be a Turbo Tax customer next year.
What's great about it: Walks you thoroughly thru every step possible.
What's not so great: Found, only at the end, I could have used a lesser version.

Super easy to use and I had Rental income!

Turbo tax takes the worry out of what I need to know when accounting for all my deductions and obligations for my casual rental income. I'm able to keep my information confidential
What's great about it: Tracks my depreciation from year to year

Always good....small changes could make it great!!

I've used TurboTax for several years now and always find it to be a relatively easy, step-by-step procedure. Each year, however, I find some of the wording confusing and small things like the "continue" button being too low/off the page, so that you have to scroll down every time you answer the current question. Overall, a good tool, but you have to understand the whole picture to make it work correctly.
What's great about it: Fairly quick and covers a lot of areas.
What's not so great: Wording sometimes confusing and continue button too low on page.
