Not sure about the download fron UBS.

I don't feel confident that everything is done. I may have them done next year.
What's great about it: Seemed faster than last year.
What's not so great: I had trouble getting a printed copy for some unknown reason.

I can still see value in Turbo Tax but those free online services are getting tempting.
What's great about it: Importing last years saves me a lot of work.
What's not so great: Cost is beginning to be an issue, with many free online tax programs I question why am I paying.

Good experience in Ttx; except save/print

I have used Ttx for 10 years, most years are an improvement. save to options are confusing, hi cost for deduct cost from refund and state tax fileing.
What's great about it: inport prior year, its deductable, easy upgrade when needed
What's not so great: unclear where prior years taxes are stored, itdeductable time consuming for small return on time invested, save to pdf

I do not get a refund, but filing is very easy.

I have used Turbo Tax since it came out in the 1990s and would not think of filing my tax return any other way.
What's great about it: I like the fact that the system walks me through the return.
What's not so great: Nothing!

Great for Complex Return

I am retired and have taxable investments, IRA's, Military retirement pay and Social Security plus a rental property. The program walked me through everything in just one afternoon.
What's great about it: Thorough
What's not so great: None
