Quick and Painless

I have been using this software for at least ten years. An accountant can't do better than TurboTax.
What's great about it: Ease of use and guidance
What's not so great: NONE
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Been using TurboTax for years. I find it very easy to use. All I have to do is follow and answer the questions posed by the product.

What a disappointment to be in the midst of doing my return and find out the changes to the Deluxe version and having to take the time to stop and purchase a Premier version.
Very poor on the company's part to make these changes and not at the VERY LEAST send an information email to all previous years Turbo Tax users. Isn't the point of requesting our email address to utilize for purposes such as these? I am extremely disappointed and am considering whether or not I will continue to use the project in the future!

Painless Filing

Third year in a row using it and it has always met my expectations. I used to put off filing taxes as long as possible because the hassle. With Turbo Tax, I now file my taxes as early as possible because most of the pain has been removed.
What's great about it: imported my W2 info with minimal effort

Easy to Use for ANYONE and EVERYONE!

Going step by step was easy and very simple. If there was anything I did not understand, TurboTax had "explain this" to help explain. I had no problems what-so-ever. It makes filing taxes easy and stress-free. Several people in my family use TurboTax and because it is so easy and simple, we have used this for the past 3-4 years.
