Overall, this is a good product.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: Does not handle K-1s very well

Had to go to Premier edition to got that one extra form which was in the Delux edition in previous years.
What's great about it: Imported last years return OK
What's not so great: Cost

What's great about it: I was able to electronically submit my NC State taxes
What's not so great: It was hard to enter in info from my 1041 K-1 form

2015 Experience with turbotax

I depend upon the software to save time and work/confusion in obtaining data, particularly from my broker. Not possible this year and I wasted over a day trying.
I could do without all of the advertising near the end.
What's great about it: Applies legalese where needed; saves time. Telephone People the best.
What's not so great: Print command not clear always. Not possible to import some data.

2014 TurboTax Review

I was frustrated at having to upgrade to from Deluxe to Premier just to Capture the two entries required by my K1 form received on our farm LLC dividend. Will be turning off my automatic renewal until I have made cost comparisons with other Tax Preparation software. - Have been using Turbo Tax since 1996.
What's great about it: Simple Step by Step
What's not so great: Forced me to upgrade to caputre K1 form data. The help files were cumbersome and difficult to search.

donation pains

the IRS only needs complete donation info on charities receiving more than $250 in a calendar year. The software should eliminate all but the name of the charity and the amount of the donation and move on to the next. All you really need is a simple spread sheet for donations of lower amounts and the detail info for only the larger donations. They really need to allow "various" for all donations unless the individual donation exceeded $250 and then they should only collect the date of the $250+ donation.
What's not so great: gathering of useless information and wasting time of user

Been using it for years - easy to use and understand. questions always have an answer.
What's great about it: Can always resume exactly where you left off & info importing
