Good, but . . .

Most things are easy and fast. Problems were with logging in to supposedly available files. Could not find reasons (quickly), so opted to manually enter W-2's and other data.
What's great about it: Accurate, fairly quick, easy to understand
What's not so great: not complete for unusual, especially state, requirements

Turbo Tax makes an unpleasant task fast and easy and fool proof. I'll be using this product every year!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax walks you through everything in easy to follow steps and makes taxes simple and easy.

Box 12 Z Issue

Tax pro was very helpful, but limited TurboTax software access. They understood what we needed to change but error messages required a work around to support the effort in order to efile.
What's great about it: Love being to have much auto entered from previous years and multiple payment options.
What's not so great: Issues this year with the Box 12Z input from my W-2.

The feature I like the most in TurboTax is transferring data from the previous year and also comparing through out the questioning process.

Overall, Turbo Tax is terrific - even for my simplified returns.
What's great about it: E-File is extremely easy.
What's not so great: Navigating State return for hard copy submission is confusing.

Turbo Tax is not needed for very simple returns. Turbo Tax is well suited to complicated returns or those with lots of investment activity.
What's great about it: downloaded over 1,000 investment transactions
What's not so great: K1's for MLPs take extra handling

Almost There!

Additional 'Cons' - Many of your input screens have preselected a 'button', which for the most part is OK. But i found that when I have to go back into a screen on which I have changed a button selection the original button is again preselected and I sometimes miss the change.
What's great about it: I like the question and answer format - most are self explanatory.
What's not so great: The pop-up explanations are not very intuitive. Those excerpted from the IRS tax instr'ns should be further explained.
