Great Program

I would highly recommend turbo tax to anyone. I have used it for years and every year they seem to make it more user friendly. It provides an economical way for me and other members of my family to do our taxes with confidence. It is a great product that keeps getting better year after year.

What's great about it: Anything I had a question about turbo tax had all the necessary resources to answer my questions.
What's not so great: There is absolutely nothing about turbo tax that I disliked.

Liked it, but wanna pay upfront

easy to use and able to access previous years versions. Don't understand why have to pay extra for electronic state filing. If i print and mail it is free. Not like I am paying extra for the state data. Does the state charge turbo tax for state filings? Would prefer you add the price at the beginning and I just pay one fee for the turbo tax software if I want to file online.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Charge extra to file state electronically

Easy to use

I found it simple to use and enter the information for my family. I only had one issue when navigating through the income section, but was easily able to go back to the section that had been missed.
What's great about it: Great user interaction, simple interface, helpful comments
What's not so great: Can sometimes be confusing going from one section to another. Can lose track of where you are.

Very Easy to use

I have been using Turbo Tax for as long as the software has been available and I love it. It's great to have the data readily available via a PDF and that it copies data from year to year. I also use ItsDeductible which is great since it copies the information for me,
What's great about it: Copies info from prior years, compares from year to year
What's not so great: I can't determine how to enter IRA Year end value if didn't make an IRA contribution

Gets simpler to unnderstand each year

Overall I have used turbo tax for many years and it does improve each year. As I get older some of the fancier things such as quick zoom can be confusing but once I figure out what it does I am ok with it.

Very Comprehensive!

A true help with my investments of all types and also my rental houses. My taxes were done in less time than it took to have a professional do them in the past!
What's great about it: Made sure I didn't forget anything. Easy to use because it brings up last years information to compare.
What's not so great: None that I can think of.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Taxes Done Right

Long time Turbo Tax user. Taxes are always done early and I am always confident that I have the best possible tax outcome.
What's great about it: Fast, accurate, and complete
What's not so great: none
