Was very easy to use!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and it seems to get better and easier to use each year!
What's great about it: I liked that it brings my info from last year.
What's not so great: n/a
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Worried horror

This year was such a horror with forms and updates that I actually paid someone to go over my taxes. I received so much e-mail trying to sell me Turbo Tax service that I had to place Intuit on my spam blocker which means I missed important e-mails. I have lost all confidence in using this product.
What's great about it: That's it is completed
What's not so great: Missing docs

Pretty Straight forward

After ten yeasr, I have gotten pretty comfortable with using TurboTAx even ignoring things that could be improved, It is a good product and much beats doing it by hand. Plus it is consistent. Grabnted a professional can probably do as good a job but in many cases they just use a similiar program. The key is in collecting all revelant data before you strat inputting.
What's great about it: Carry over from previous year is a big plus, Plus you don't have to keep track of what has changed - it is done for you
What's not so great: Some questions are confusing.

Fun it was...

Nice product. You try to improve it every year and users appreciate that. Keep taking suggestions from users. Continuous improvement s are the only ways for businesses to survive.
What's great about it: Zipped through it in one afternoon and pushed send to get my refund.
What's not so great: Bouncing back to the list screen...I would prefer not to have to scroll down to the place I just left.

Still the best software. Very extensive capabilities when you understand how to move beyond the Step-by-Step screens. Premier still a major improvement over the Deluxe version.
What's great about it: Improved movement between Step by Step and Forms screens
What's not so great: Still too much requirement for input outside of Step by Step for investments and foreign income

good for continuous user

Been using it for ~20 years now and I am very used to it. It saved many history data of my filings which saved me time and worries. I don't even think about using other software for taxes.
As my tax getting more complicated, it showed some shortcomings. I'd like to see more guidance on rental properties overview of what is deductable in the year and in the lifetime of the rental property. AMT is also a mistery to me and I had to pay it for several years now and like to understand how to avoid it.
What's great about it: It saved all these years information of my tax filing makes it simple when filing.
What's not so great: Lack of some detailed explanations on some areas

Turbo Tax Experience Good

Experience Good. Got though the task very quickly, but I did have to get my Son the accountant major to help me. Found terminology often foreign and the help conversation was just garbabaly gup that used most of the same confusing verbiage. Yes, I do no know what I am doing. That is why I bought this product. Despite my frustrations, I found the experience very good.
What's great about it: A very complex task is handled very well by this software vendor.
What's not so great: Still a lot of rabbit holes for the every Joe that does not live and breath this stuff.

Easy to follow

Don't like it that I can only e-file 5. Do my children and grand children. I would pay for the extra two I do but don't get a chance. They all like to get their money fast.
What's great about it: Used it for years, very easy to use
What's not so great: Hard to get help
