Unexpected fees

I was prompted three different times to pay fees that were needed for my base filing. I didn't buy premium, but had sold stock so had to buy premium. Needed to pay to get the a state bundle that I thought was already included. Hit up again to pay processing fees without any clear explanation who those fees were going to.
For some reason, have a NY state tax installed automatically. I'm sure I ended up paying for that as well.
What's great about it: Easy to walk through and change
What's not so great: A lot of added fees while filing.

Schedule K-1 Caused Issue

I've used Turbo Tax for years and enjoy the automatic process of filling in last year's data
What's great about it: Last year's K-1 data transferred after a confusing comment by the software
What's not so great: Initially the software told me I needed a Turbo Tax Home Business Upgrade, which wasn't necessary

2014 Experience

Good experience with Premiere. Would have preferred to use the Deluxe version but it was not suitable for my situation. Hope to get a refund based on promised from Mr. Sasan Goodarzi
What's great about it: Well defined and detailed questions
What's not so great: Having to uograde from deluxe to premiere version.

Assist with reporting Non qualified stock options

Really appreciated that TurboTax stepped me through reporting on my exercise of NQSO. I have not exercised these previously and was nervous about how to report it as the 1099B looked complicated. Grateful that turbotax made it easy.

Only 1 issue

I like the simplicity and ease of tracking of this program. I have used a few other programs and find this one the easiest. I have multiple investments and kids in college so it helps seeing all the monies in a straight forward way. My only gripe is the insistence that the program has to review my state taxes. I live in florida where there is no state income tax so no state tax returns but Turbo Tax refuses to skip this step. After clicking through the state part, the program is happy to tell me that I don't have to file a state return! Duh!
What's great about it: straight forward. Allows me to do my own work. Easy to track progress
What's not so great: Insists I jump through hoops to do a state return that doesn't exist. I live in Florida where there is no income tax.
