Smooth as a good cigar

This is my first year having to upgrade from Turbo Tax Deluxe to Premier. For anyone that bought or sold stocks you now need Premier. I am upset about the fact that I am being charged nearly twice the price, but this is unavoidable. I did contact the help line and a lady named Mercedes was exceptionally kind and helpful. Thank you!
What's great about it: navigation
What's not so great: occasionally slips areas that need covered

One Glitch

Last year, I filed a schedule C for self-employment travel expenses. I had no self-employment income this year, and I checked the dropdown menu on this item to exclude it. Nevertheless, I was asked schedule C information this year and could not e-file until I filled out those fields.
What's great about it: Easy & Quick
What's not so great: Schedule C Problem

Taxes Done Right

I have used TurboTax for the last 10+ years. I have had a lot of taxable changes in my life and TurboTax has all the answers for all my questions. It is so easy! I won't use any other tax preparation service. TurboTax does it right!
What's great about it: Fast, Easy to Understand, Accurate

I have been a loyal TurboTax customer and user for years. I love how it just transfers all of the personal data so I don't have to type it all in again. Everything is so easy to follow. The help center is a great tool to have nearby. I recommend TurboTax to absolutely everyone! Thank you so much!

I won't switch!

I have used TurboTax for years and will never change, it is just the best & I don't even get a refund! When I'm finished filing I always have a very confident feeling that it was done right and accurate with nothing left out or missed. I used to spend hundreds of dollars and never had that feeling!
What's great about it: It just works! Always leaves you feeling great that you did it yourself and did it right!
What's not so great: The upgrade debacle!
