Excellent product!

I've been using TurboTax for many years. Makes doing income taxes so much easier. Love it!

Easy to use

Easy to use for anyone, no matter whether they have tax expertise or not. Can work on a little at a time.
What's great about it: Easy and allows me to work on it a little at a time and I can make additions and corrections.

Gets easier each year

I've used Turbo Tax about eight years now and it gets easier each time.
What's great about it: Being able to upload from financial institutions makes tax time easier
What's not so great: Revamped Deluxe TT not a good idea

Disappointed

I was overall disappointed in this years format and flow. 2013 is the benchmark to follow.
What's great about it: none this year - 2013 turbo tax was the best
What's not so great: the stepbystep process wasn't as easy - the hints weren't thorough too general.

Worked well as always

overall great liked addition of what if worksheet except for error noted above.... if you could automate the MFJ to MFS for next year that would be great
What's great about it: Was able to go from step by step to forms at will
What's not so great: what if worksheet for MFJ vs MFS incorrectly calculated addl medicare tax

The forms for filling in 1099R information seems to be formatted incorrectly. It asks for the City St and zip from the providers address all in one cell. At the end of the filing the system comes back and asks for the St and Zip again but provides separate cells for this information.
I may have just missed formatting but I don't think it was very clear if it was there.
What's great about it: generally very helpful
What's not so great: one form seems to be mis-coded , the 1099R form , details below.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2014 Turbo Tax

Good experience again this year, but not clear why had to download Premier--should be in the package
What's great about it: Easy to navigate to get in and out of sections that were different from last year
What's not so great: Had to pause and download Premier due to 2nd home sale
