Turbotax Review

I want Turbotax to work with more and more organizations to provide online connections to data , to entry and to verification.
What's great about it: Well connected with Baks, investment houses and other financial institutions with online services.
What's not so great: Sometimes has duplicate possible entries, have to watch out.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

I have used Turbo Tax for many tax years and have found it easy to use and help me find deductions that I was not aware of.
What's great about it: walking through various steps with explanations where needed
What's not so great: nothing so far

Health care Verification Questions

My young adult children used turbo tax to file.
Concerning health care:
Even though they were listed as dependents on my taxes.
The health care question did not ask if they were covered under my my heath care. it only asked if they were covered by their employer or if they purchased health care options as required by law.

In their case it was not any of turbo tax choices.
Even though they do not have full time jobs they chose by employer since they are covered under my employer
What's not so great: not as easy to use this year

Great product!! Would have to pay someone to prepare my taxes if it weren't for TurboTax.
What's great about it: Lots of good helps and I loved the gal who helped me on the phone.
What's not so great: Still have trouble sometimes understanding but it usually works out.

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 20 years and it has improved every year. Overall it has made my tax filing easy. This year I could not get to the printed return after filing. Will have to manually print file for my records.
What's great about it: EAsy to follow each step of the return. Specifically the feature that shows the input for the previous year.
What's not so great: Could not get the printed return after I finished. Saved to the PDF file but it did not go to the print for my records.

Easy enough

Have used TurboTax for many years and like the gradual enhancements. Sometime a little difficult to locate esoteric circumstances. Disappointed by the "new" packaging this year and the resultant confusion. Had some problems with the naming of saved PDF files.
What's great about it: Thoroughness, consistent year-to-year
What's not so great: Print options a little confusing when filing
