Automatic income inserts

Requests for information relating to actual monetary insertions should be less technical and more clear cut.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax did a very good job inserting items for IRS statements.
What's not so great: Some of the requests were confusing. The program did not separate the annuity figures from the IRA retirement figures.

I like TurboTax and find it simple for a complicated process.
What's great about it: never fun, but as easy as it gets
What's not so great: never fun!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2014 Turbotax experience

More expensive thise year and more complicated. I have used TurboTax for as long as I can remember but may look at alternatives for 2015.
What's not so great: Difficult to find state sales tax input. Had to use search function to find it.

The walk thru method is easy to use and helps to make sure your return is complete and that nothing is missed. I also believe that the structure of TurboTax helps to ensure that I will receive the maximum refund. The audit assessment showing very low risk was reassuring. All in all I great product. I have been using it for years and plan to continue to do so.

What's not so great: I don't know any!

Great product

Easy to use program. I have used for over 20 years. However this year with the change to the Deluxe version I needed to upgrade to the premium version.
What's great about it: Easy to use, leads you through filing
What's not so great: This year the confusion on Delux or needing the premium version

you have not caused me any big problems over the years and you have done a good job streamlining the turbo taxes and keeping up with the feds changes.
