Go TurboTax

I liked the way Turbo Tax handled the situation with investments to upgrade free of charge to the Premier edition. It turned out that one investment that we had decided to go private and pay out the value of the stocks to their stockholders. I didn't know that I would need to switch but the upgrade was done online and free of charge.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: None
Pros: I bought or sold investments

What happened to Quicken

In the past Turbo Tax imported from Quicken, this year it did not, nor did it give me the opportunity to do so. This starts to make Quicken obsolete for me.
What's great about it: Imported from financial institutions great
What's not so great: did not import anything from Quicken

Turbo Tax rocks!

2013 was the first year I had done my own tax filing and was apprehensive. Turbo tax has made my life easier and I don't worry about any errors i might do on my own. Turbo tax is easy to follow and double checks everything for me. Not sure why you changed the 2014 program to not include K1s, but A big thank you for doing the right thing and having the upgrade free. I will always use Turbo Tax and recommend it to all of my family and friends.
What's great about it: So easy to use and always has latest tax updates!

Easy to use

Second year I have used turbo tax. Great to have last years information. I had to call for help. Quick response, solved my issue right way. Stayed with me all the way. I have recommended to friends and will keep doing it

I still have difficulty finding specific areas when I want go back to review portions that I previously filled in.

Be sure to include sales tax deductions when you do your final check. One year it cost me and I had to do a supplemental file.
Be nice if the form being worked on can pop up in a separate window.
What's great about it: mostly convenient
What's not so great: too many 1 page per question for many items such as stock sales

Trust tax filing made simple!

I've used turbo tax to file final tax reporting and estate tax reporting for deceased parents, tax return for a trust and our personal taxes. Easy to do and I feel confident that my returns were done accurately.
