Zip code for state refund address (2nd half) didn't match the filing instructions address zip code. Saw this problem with previous year's Turbo Tax for 2013 tax year. Also, I think it would help to have the direct deposit information for refund (if any) to come before the prompt to print the file. That way you can save the pdf file with that information included and then print. Threw me for a loop for a few minutes. Other than these two items, everything was fine.
What's great about it: Informative, Straight forward, does all the work

As always, Turbo Tax was extremely helpful

I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years now, and I love it. But, this was the first year I made quarterly estimated tax payments to the Feds and my state. When entering withholding, no question was asked about estimated tax payments. I switched to the appropriate form and manually entered it there. At the end, when getting ready to file, no question was asked if I wanted to apply a portion of the refund to 2015 estimated tax payments. Again, I went to the 1040 form and entered the info manually.
Also, I pay personal property tax in my state on my car. Turbo tax questions regarding deducting personal property tax mention boat, etc., but not vehicle. I realize this varies by state, but personal vehicle should be included in the list of items on which property tax may be deductible. I checked the IRS website, and property tax paid on cars in my state is deductible.
What's great about it: step by step instructions; easy to get to actual form when needed
What's not so great: Steps to enter withholding info did not include asking about any estimated tax payments.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I have used Turbo Tax for may years. Excellent product. I had some technical issues this time. Your customer service rep was patient, knowable, and solved my problem. She is a keeper.

excellent for couple sor individuals who do not have complicated returns. Useful to have package agreements with investment firms in order to import information that would be difficult for the average individual to understand.
