Great product but quite disappointed they moved Investments from the Deluxe to Premier Version. Hopefully TT moves it back next year!

I had trouble finding the right place on my daughter's tax return to input my income and tax info. It was very frustrating. The help was not helpful. I looked at last year's printed return to figure it out.
What's great about it: General navigation is easy.
What's not so great: Finding the right section to update can be challenging.

Poor Product

I have used turbotax deluxe for several years and thought it was a good product and met my needs including investment processing. This year I think I probably used TurboTax Premier which I thought was more difficult to use. For example, I had to input one K-1 as if it was 3 or 4 separate K-1s. What a pain. Printing forms for review before before completing all inputs was difficult for me. I probably will not use Turbotax Premier next year.
What's great about it: I got through it!
What's not so great: k-1 processing a pain

Easy Returns

It is very easy to prepare returns knowing that you have the latest tax information. Your customer service department is very pleassant to deal with when called. Thank you
What's great about it: Fast and convenient
What's not so great: having to purchase the premier addition for stock sales

Not a Fan of the Amazon Card thing

As usual your product was easy to use and straight forward. Please dump the Amazon Gift card thing or have a way to say not interested. I had to select that I didn't get a refund (despite the fact that I did ) to get around it. Its a real pain and not coherent with the image of your product.

taking care of a deceased parent is NOT a business item. Why are you putting on your business turbotax? It is part of our personal finances just as other personal tax duties are. In a year of forced premium turbo tax purchase, being forced to buy the business is over the top!
