Been with TurboTax for 10 years

As a long-time customer who usually deals with the buying and selling of stock; I don't understand why 2013 required an upgrade to perform the same functions as previous years.
What's great about it: Ease of preparation
What's not so great: had to Upgrade to Premium.Why?

Deluxe VS Premier

Not sure why it was necessary to have to upgrade to Premier, the change seems to be strictly a financial decisions on Intuits part. to move the necessary forms to an upgrade seems to be not beneficial to the consumer. but credit where credit is due Intuit is giving back the majority of the cost to upgrade..
Turbo is still the best software around and I will continue to sing its praises.

What's great about it: Premier was very thorough and complete and easy to use.
What's not so great: Every time i had to stop and get out of it then go back in later, it was like starting all over again.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax did it again!

Needed answers to two questions. The process was very fast, down to earth so I could understand, and feel 100% comfortable with the results. Great people to talk to, super helpful.
What's great about it: Great program, easy to follow, super accurate, help when you have a question.
What's not so great: Had to upgrade to Premier this year from Delux

New not always Better

Get it right next year. I have always brought Deluxe and after reading the package this year I brought it again. Once installed, I had to go out and get the upgrade to Premire just to get my refund as a home owner.
