hangs up on nonsense form -- a form with no financial info asks for a tax payor id because the form was used in prior year -- could not just remove form -- very frustrating.

Overall, great to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Had to buy up to premier edition, it cost more!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Expedite My Refunds!

I have used TurboTax since 1956, using an IBM PC with 2 floppies. The changes and improvements over the years have been tremendous! No easier way to do your tax preparation and 100% accurate calculations. I use the premier version and I would recommend that version or other versions of TurboTax to anyone.
What's great about it: Easy and accurate.

I really like this product. I wish the mail automatic subscription was competitive with Big Box Store pricing instead of being more expensive. Maybe discounts for repetitive customers?? I have confidence in the product.
What's great about it: Seems very complete. Questions easy to understand
What's not so great: Using download from multiple brokers confused me. Price

Disappointed in TurboTax

The TurboTax program I purchased last year the "Deluxe" had everything I needed to complete my return. This year with essentially the same income and deductions I needed to "upgrade" to "Premier" and about half way through I received a new window telling I needed to "upgrade" again to
"home and Business" if I wanted to complete my taxes....

I'm guessing that someone in TurboTax thought that cross-breeding I. T. Geeks and Marketing would create higher profit margins . It doesn't work if you are loosing customers.
What's great about it: Any personal computer tax program allows you nto work at your own speed
What's not so great: TurboTax - blew it! They had a pretty good tax program then they improved it to the point that it is now awkward
