My rating has been changed and updated from yesterday's comments. I realized after I sent the initial comments yesterday that part of the trouble I was having was due to me not initially downloading the file for Virginia income tax filing. I had overlooked it when I downloaded the file for federal income taxes.

Account Issues

Although I used to be an enrolled agent, I've used TT for years and I like and find it easy to use. This year, they changed the product and you had to upgrade to do any capital gains filing. They did provide that for free, but it was very difficult to get the upgrade, it took me multiple (I lost count) tries over 2 days to get it.
What's great about it: Very easy and straight forward.
What's not so great: Difficult to get upgrade for premier to do investment income

Always Dependable

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 20 years and I have not been audited yet, but I am honest with my entries. Love the way it double checks your return, so a person can easily fix the mistake. Faithful User.
What's great about it: If you can read, you can file your taxes using Turbo Tax
What's not so great: None

Easy, simple and Thorough

The "Form Not Final" watermark issue should be in the help file as it appears to be a common issue based on what I found on the web.
What's great about it: Fast and simple
What's not so great: Issue with the "Form Not Final" watermark.

Quick & Thorough

I need to pay some major bills like everyone else so this program is thorough and quick so I can have confidence all possible deductions and income was considered.
