Great overall, easy and simple to use. Love how it walks you through it!
What's great about it: Easy, walks you through it, even rental homes!
What's not so great: State e-file costs $$ even though it says "one free state tax form" NOT true

I love using Turbo Tax!!!! I use it every year. It makes everything so much easier and faster. I feel like I can be completely independent and still understand what I am putting on my tax return. I always use it and always tell others how easy and fast it is. I will continue to use it and tell others to use it too!!!!
What's great about it: I liked how efficeint and easy it was.
What's not so great: Nothing.

1)after a completed topic or entry, page returns to top of screen and requires manual scroll back to next topic/entry point.
2) printing forms for review or records overwhelms printer memory and prints, stops, and then reprints a few pages at a time. destroying a forest of trees and ink supply.
3)there is an error in the state return program where it states that it cannot file due to an entry(motion picture filming credit). I did not claim any such credit/entry. and I can't go back and review it.

I had to pull up schedule E for land sale transactions for my mom. I had to manually go to forms to enter my rental expenses, property tax, loan interest. I did not have to do that last year.
What's great about it: doing tax myself, efile
What's not so great: Had to manually enter data myself

I had some challenges doing my parents returns yesterday and I called the 800 number twice once in the morning and spoke with Susan and once late night and spoke with Sabrina.....both were exceptional and I could not have done the taxes with them...so kind, nice and extremely patient.....my father passed away last year and was confused how to do everything....and thank God for these 2 ladies....they should get a raise..........Great job!!!!!!! THANK YOU..........

changing the password was very tough for me today; I forgot what it was and the e-mail to make a new password and its links confused me; fortunately, I lucked out with recalling the password and all went OK after that.
What's not so great: the process on getting a PIN assigned by the IRS for the current year needs to be made more obvious;
