I hope it's correct.

I had trouble finding my account as my wife had done the taxes in past years an she is not available now. Once I got help on the phone I got started ok. The program walked me through step by step, I only hope it's correct and I don't get audited.
What's great about it: Walked me through step by step.
What's not so great: Hard to get started.

This is not only the easiest way to do your taxes, but it sure makes the whole job much faster. Done far before I would be if I used the old paper method. Thanks for a great product. As a previous user, I would like to say, I will be back next year.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: You don't get a credit for being a return customer
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Product, Could be Better

Initial run-thru and entry process is excellent. However, difficulties encountered when attempting to locate and return to previous entries, especially the allocation of 2014 refunds to 2015 estimated taxes.
What's great about it: Detailed process is thorough and easy
What's not so great: Difficult to locate and revise certain previous entries

Turbotax 2014 review

As usual it was task to go through files, find paperwork and calculate all my 2014 items to prepare tax return but once that was done the software was intuitive, complete and made the task less traumatic. It still takes a retired individual who lives on retirement income over 5 days to gather, compile, review and calculate Federal Income Tax and Colorado Tax information.
The tax code should be simplified because it continues to evolve into something that no average citizen should have to go through without help using software you buy. TurboTax 2014 started off forcing users of Deluxe to upgrade to Premier without explaining rationale for making the change to software capabilities. Fortunately Intuit did upgrade the software at 'no cost' after firestorm of public criticism but next year you have to go with more expensive version of software to file taxes.

During the Fed prep in March, TT said Form 1040, B,etc were not yet released!!!!!!! ---in March!!! And, my state, Virginia, would not download until I got personal help from Intuit telephone call center---the on-line help suggestions were old, and lousy.
What's great about it: After glitches resolved in Fed and State, was great.
What's not so great: Problems with Fed and State shouldn't have happened
Pros: I bought or sold investments
