Great Product!

Great product but I did not like the fact that you deleted some of the forms (Capital loss carryover Schedule D) that I needed to file. This was corrected this year by your free upgrade to Premier.
What's great about it: Ease of inporting prior year data
What's not so great: Initially you deleted some forms that I had to use in the past

This is a very expedient and cost effective software for filing a somewhat complicated return.

I have used TurboTax since 1996 and have never had any problems getting my taxes done quickly and efficiently. I would (and do) recommend TurboTax to friends and family.

SO easy!

I have avoided Turbo Tax for years even though a lot of my friends use it. This year since it appeared to be such an easy return and because we are now retired and have less income, I thought I would try it.
Amazing. It was so easy, especially since I could just import forms from other parties.
Thank you.
What's great about it: Really so easy. Basically just fill in the blanks.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using this software for over 15 years and have never had any problems with it. It is easy to use and electronic transmission of tax return is awesome. Also, Turbo tax upgraded me to Premier free this year due to the lack of communicating the change for Schedules D, E, etc. As far as I am concerned both the Turbo Tax software and customer service is Outstanding! No complaints or concerns from me.
What's great about it: Software is easy to use
What's not so great: I had to upgrade to Turbo Tax Premier

Great tax program. Don't know what I would do without it.
What's great about it: carry over of data from prior years for rental income and ultimate sale of property was invaluable.
What's not so great: Nothing
