Easy as can be

TurboTax takes the hassle out of filing taxes. It has easy to follow pages. It provides answers to all my questions as I walk through the forms. The process could not be easier!
What's great about it: Easy step by step
What's not so great: Can't think of much I did not like

Not as good as last year

Bad business move to change what is in the Deluxe program. I appreciate the free upgrade to Premier, however it was really just returning the parts of the program that I used last year and in previous years. I'll look at other competitor's programs next year if you do the same thing again.
What's great about it: Good data transfer form previous years, online deductible program is very good
What's not so great: Moved common deductions to more expensive Premier program.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easy to Use...fast and easy

I like using Turbo Tax...its easy and fast...makes filing taxes easy and less worrisome
What's great about it: Question driven
What's not so great: sometimes needed to review details
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

wrong rita #'s

State and federal worked great but Rita could not be corrected. I had a minor penalty because prior year was incorrect and Turbo tax would not correct it for this year
What's not so great: Tried to correct some incorrect #'s from RITA from prior tax return and would not correct #'s on form

Need a better way to enter info for Oil Royalties

I had to manually input information on the form I sent in regarding my Oil Royalties. Your program would not combine the information I entered as requested. The information inputed on the work sheet did not properly transfer to the Schedule E. I never had this problem in the past.
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: Turbo Tax is not set up this year to easily enter the information regarding Payments received for oil royalties.

This is my forth year using Turbo Tax. It's accurate, and thorough. Can't beat it!
What's great about it: Very thorough; software steps you through the tax forms.
