Easiest way to do your taxes.

I find that the Turbo Tax instructions are well-written and easy to follow. Also, if you do run into a snag, you can instantly do a search or ask a question and get the answer immediately. No waiting around. I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now. Great product!!!

Over all a good product I have used for several years now. The Turbo Tax product I used asked me the questions about my nondeductible contributions I made to my traditional IRA, but it did not print or file the form.8606 to file. I always have to file a paper Form 8606.
What's great about it: The transfer & import function. Math accuracy,Easy to navigate
What's not so great: None

Get the job done with minimal pain

I have been using TurboTax for years and each year it seems o get a bit better - handling some situations better and catching things that I overlook. The import feature is one of the best.
What's great about it: Instructive, helpful, detailed
What's not so great: Sometimes the "help" is't so helpful

Because of investments, I thought I would have to hire a tax pro but turbo tax did it all. Downloading my 1099's from my financial advisor was great!
What's great about it: Great if you have invenstments

2014 Taxed again

I have used TurboTax for a number of years now and each year it gets a little easier to do the taxes. Once I have all my information, it takes less than 1 hour to complete and costs less than when I used to go to an accountant and told him all of the same information I enter into the forms myself.
What's great about it: Data entry is easy and uploads of documents reduce keying errors
What's not so great: Paying taxes, although not Turbotax's fault
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Not sure if updates I missed after filing would help or hurt us.

I itemize and TurboTax helps by walking me through all the income and deductions/credits.
What's great about it: It's Deductible is very helpful and as always - Turbo Tax helped by importing last year's data.

Both my wife and I have brokerage accounts at Fidelity Investments. Due to the way that the accounts are set up I get duplicate information when I download both accounts. But I need to download both accounts because the IRA information will only come down under separate downloads. If I delete a down load all the info from the download is deleted. This forces me to enter my wife's IRA info manually. I suggest you allow the user to edit individual accounts in each download to eliminate duplicate info but allow the necessary info to remain.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: needed to buy premium version
