Turbo Tax make filing a tax return simple

I have used Turbo Tax for a about 10 years and it sure saves time and keeps everything accurate. My records are very complete and I feel comfort that I have all the information for next year.
What's great about it: Simple and accurate
What's not so great: Need some more explain

Easy to use. Just follow the bouncing ball or get to the specific issues you want to address. Can test what if scenarios if you would like. Work at your own pace on your own time.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Could have used info from 2013 return. I have used Turbo Tax for about 10 years
What's great about it: Efficient, completed in short time
What's not so great: Did not use info from 2013 return as starting point

I had to upgrade this year form Deluxe to Premier

Last year I paid to have my state form submitted and sent the payment that was due. This spring I got a letter indicating that Ohio didn't receive my tax form but they received my check? Not happy over that either.
What's great about it: Rental farm was less confusing this year.
What's not so great: More expensive and a hassel.

I have used it years. Questions are clear and easy to use. If I didn't have to actually pay taxes, it would be fun.

never lel me efile

After going back a hundred times to deal with marks that I never made on charitable deductions, I finally printed and mailed my taxes. This was a point fo major frustration since I had never made the marks that indicated that inkind contributions totalled more than $500. This were only small donations ---less than $50 misconstrued by the program and preventing efiling. Took my info to my friend using another tax program and everything went smoothly immediately!
Unlikely that after using Turbo Tax for almost 10 years that I will buy again. Too frustrating and time consuming.,

sweet & easy

The product keeps getting better and easier every year. Some technical points can be a little difficult to understand, but I have faith in in it and answer the questions as best I can. Seems to work out. In general a great product for the do-it-yourselfers.
What's great about it: most questions are direct and easy to answer
What's not so great: some of the investment questions had me digging for answers to understand what was asked.

good but pricey

I was ticked when they pushed us to premier, at least this year it was a free upgrade. If they force us to premier for stocks next year I will not buy again. Other than that I have been using turbo tax for 15 years and it has been great
What's great about it: easy to use, pulls data from past year, free efile on more than one return
What's not so great: tried to push into premier for stocks when done with deluxe for last decade
