As always Turbo Tax Scores

I keep good records so I really spend very little time actually doing my return on Turbo Tax. It is an exercise that I wish every Taxpayer would undertake because I believe it would result in better voters
What's great about it: I use Premier and it is fantastic for my needs
What's not so great: None

Always like auto load of last year data and comparison. Same problem as last year to add in a 8606.
What's great about it: ability to refer to last year's forms
What's not so great: Still no 8606, had to go back

Not 100% but wouldn't do taxes without it

I have had this software since 2007 and wouldn't live without it. I would just like to be able to install more than one instance of the software on my mac. kids and mine are different but can't install both. I would also like to have it pick up where I left off more easily. I feel that I have to do my taxes in one sitting because its hard to know if i skipped anything. Still love you though
What's great about it: easy, quick, thorough
What's not so great: hard to stop and come back to where I left off

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED

I have used Deluxe from a disk for years and along with the price increasing every year, this year Intuit wanted me to pay for an upgrade to Premier to do the same thing that Deluxe did for me last year!
What's great about it: EASY TO USE
What's not so great: COST IS RISING AND TURBO TAX WANTED ME TO UPGRADE

Overall a good application, very easy to use, just follow the steps.
I had a problem filling out my 1099B form. I had blank entries and TurboTax would not allow me to select the No Entry from the drop down menu. It would only allow me to select Short Term or Long Term. I hope TurboTax would fix problem.
What's great about it: TurboTax was easy to use, just follow the steps.
What's not so great: Fix the drop down menu on the 1099B can't select No Entry.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. It would be nice for returning customers to receive a discount for purchasing your software year after year!

Always lives up to the hype

I have been using Turbo Tax for what I would consider my entire life of taxes... I would never choose anything else. I like don't use the question and answers section to start my return I like just entering the data I have on hand. I also like that I can search for the Form I got and it takes me to where I can enter that data. All in All I am loyal customer.
To elaborate on my con - I would like to set Expert Mode then for it to not ask "Guide Me" or "Explore on your own"
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Abilty to flag areas to revisit. Error checking
What's not so great: Need expert mode so you can be an expert and get ask if you want to answer questions or do it on your own.
