Accurate, Easy To Use

35 year user or so. Like the history feature in TurboTax. I can compare my returns over the last five years or so in a summary format. Any missing things stick out.
What's great about it: Accurate, Easy To Use
What's not so great: U.S. tax system sucks

2014 Taxes using Turbo Tax

Ewas great until I tried to document my land sales. No forms. BUT you helped me out on line and I got it done.

What's not so great: Not up to previous versions.

What's great about it: Questions and information driven
What's not so great: Could not sign on for Audit Defense and no help number to call. Could not remember my Turbo Tax userid and password.

Did not like that I had to upgrade to do one form for 1099-B and that help showed others had the same issue with the column (f) and there seemed to be no solution to the error, Had to finish the forms with Turbo Tax stating that I had 2 errors that could not be resolved. Makes me question if I want to use again next year.
What's not so great: Un-correctable error on form 1099-B for code column (f). My 1099-B listed no code and help gave no solution

Tax Needed

The only glitch was trying to find the tax program I was using. The system used last year seemed easier. Never had trouble find ing my tax document. I am not computer literate, don't like the Apple and am 71 years old.
What's great about it: Worked smooth once started.
What's not so great: Too expensive for what I needed- difficult to find tax program I was working .

What's not so great: Computer cd would not download. Nothing came up on screen. Had to have Geek nSquad install cd remotely. Had to purchase
