Do not understand why we had to pay so much this year, on basis of LESS income.
Do not like that I had to buy Premier version just to file schedule D.

Best Tax Progam

Have been a Turbo tax user since 07 and every year the software is easier to use. Imports documents and clearly guides you through completing the forms by matching box descriptions with key information. Really saves time and the help engine was clear and concise. Thanks for the great software. In the past I have completed my own taxes, used other software and even had professionals prepare my taxes. This is the best and I will be a loyal customer for years to come.
What's great about it: Ease of use, really simplifies taxes.

Logical, Easy to Use

I've been using TurboTax for many years, and each year they roll out new improvements and streamlined processes. I particularly like the ability to import prior year's tax returns, and compare the years at a glance.
Bottom Line: Doing your taxes is never fun, but at least it's bearable with TurboTax to guide you.

Feeling Like a Tax Expert

I highly recommend Turbo Tax to assist with your tax filing needs. The past few years have been wonderful using Turbo Tax and each year I feel smarter and more confident with tax preparation and filing from using Turbo Tax. The available support is phenomenal. I had to call this year and the gentleman I spoke with was amazing, incredibly helpful and very positive. Worth the investment!

e-file didn't work

1. when i submitted for e-file, it told me i need to go to online update. when i did this, it said i had all updates. round and round i went.
2. FAQ's may have caused more issues. It suggested that i uninstall/reinstall TT. when i did this, my State return was gone.
3. The customer support phone number is almost impossible to find.

I never had these issues in the 10 plus years I've been using TT. I hope this is fixed for next year.
What's great about it: the tax portion of TurboTax is easy to use
What's not so great: e-file wouldn't work, FAQ's didn't help (actually may have caused more issues), then couldn't find a support phone #
