less effort than I thought

Even though I was on a new computer, data entry was straight forward. Seemed more streamlined than in previous years. Should be simpler next year and I will again use Turbo Tax

Sale of a rental

I finally found where to enter information, but it was not easy. I Googled multiple questions until I got what I needed. I had to start over again to get it right.
What's not so great: Difficult to find out where in Turbotax to enter the sale, depreciation, etc

The software has improved over last year(2013) and is very straight foward.

Desktop version better than online version - easier to make corrections. almost impossible on online.

I was disappointed to find that I had to upgrade to deal with things such as securities sales. That said, the upgrade was done very easily.

Seems to be getting a bit better each year. Maybe I am getting to be more knowledgeable, but I don't think so. Pretty slick operation.
What's great about it: Transfer of data from previous year.

This premier program will not let me e-file which I have paid for.
I am being charged with pre withdrawal of interest (cannot happen we are seniors) and K-1. Have never had partnerships
of any kind.
