This process is very easy to use and get better each year.
I like how it checks as I go through the process and let's me know if I miss something.
The ability to review forms as you go through the preparation helps me feel confident in filing my return.

What's great about it: Very easy to follow and get answers
What's not so great: All Tax filing is boring

Not as easy to access forms and information

This is the fifth or six time I've used TurboTax and I have always found it to be terrific. My only criticism -- and it is a mild one -- this year is that it did not seem to be as "friendly" as in the past.
What's great about it: Ease of data entry; correct math
What's not so great: Accessing forms I needed
Pros: I bought or sold investments
