Easy to use, convenient loading of last year's data and easy comparisons to prior year data as a checkpoint. Very reasonable cost for the quality and comprehensiveness.
What's great about it: Continues to be easy to use; step by step covers everything.
What's not so great: none

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last decade and I keep coming back because it is user friendly and accurate. I have no real complaints.
What's great about it: Guided me through with simple questions
What's not so great: Caught with the upgrade to get what I thought was in the Delux

The topics covered on income and deductions are very helpful and if I have a question, clicking on the explanation button helps.
What's great about it: Easy to use and explanations are helpful.

Excellent Software

Tried to use FAQs to solve download problems. Suggestions did not work. Had to call support to get them to send me copies of both MS and LA state return software. After receipt of software all worked fine.
What's great about it: Very accurate data filing information
What's not so great: Could not download state returns..
