got me really ticked when i found out i bought the wrong version. you did the right thing by fixing it. i'll give you guys another shot next year and see how it goes.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: stock gain screw up

It was easy to follow when choosing "walk me through". I was upgraded to Premire at no charge.
What's great about it: got the best refund possible

I love Turbo Tax!!

This is my 3rd year using Turbo Tax and I'm so very grateful that this product exists. It allows me to file my taxes, honestly and accurately, with the confidence that I haven't overlooked any important information. It's the best!
What's great about it: I feel that everything is covered -- they recognize circumstances that may need further documentation and prompt you.

Poor Programming

In PA taxes, When the tax free interest amount shown on the federal form is adjusted on the state form for PA bond interest and fees paid to manage, (deductions) The program still shows the original federal amount and computes taxes based on it, resulting in me overpaying PA taxes.

If you've used previous years of TurboTax, it gets easier and easier to navigate through the various stages. Fairly straight forward and easy to use and just follow our previous year's entries.

What a pain

Short and to the point. Using Turbo tax to get my Federal and State returns was easy. No problems. However, trying to purchase Audit Defense and electronic filing was terrible compared to earlier years. It wouldn't make the Audit Defense purchase even after I went online and verified my account and credit card info was up to date. Tried to follow the instructions for purchasing over the phone and spent over an hour trying to walk a clueless representative through the process. After 90 minutes, I gave up. Additionally, can Turbo Tax add any more charges to eFiling a State return. Think this one will be my last year or maybe just use the program and go the old fashioned way and send them in by mail.
What's great about it: Entering your tax information
What's not so great: Filing is so painful

2014 Turdo Tax Review

If I'm simply changing a number or amount, I don't want to go through all the questions in that sections all over again. That said, I know it's probably safer accuracy-wise to go through all the related questions again.
What's great about it: Explanations when I needed them are good.
What's not so great: When going back to change/edit an entry it seemed like I had to answer some questions all over again.
