Super Easy and accurate

I have used Turbo tax for at least 10 years, and each year, my taxes become more complex, yet the process becomes easier with Turbo Tax. I trust that they are getting me the best refund and the value can't be beat!

What's great about it: Better memory of 2013 info & Quicken meshed better this year

2014 Continues to Improve

Overall product continues to improve. I have been using TTAX for many years and each year the solution gets easier to navigate. The flow is logical and for most part very complete. I have not used any other Tax software so I can't rate against competition but I see no reason to change as I have never had any significant issues. Fast, easy and thorough step by step walkthrough makes it straight forward. Only feature that would be nice is ability to attach PDF's. I received a 1098 C but could not attach and had to mail in separately with 8453. But hey - minor inconvenience.
What's great about it: Ease of use, links to help and IRS forms.
What's not so great: Q&A could improve serveral topics not specific enough.

Too Expensive!

You upped the cost by $20 for (as far as I can tell) no increased functionality. I bought TurboTax this year because I've always used it. Didn't check the price or think about alternatives. Next year I'll be in less of a rush and better prepared.

Excellent software. Saves me time and money very year!
I wish that the guidance on AMT was a bit more explanatory. It keeps asking me questions that make me wonder every year if I should be hiring an accountant to walk me through AMT. I have not hired one, but I wish it would explain better what AMT is, and what is being adjusted.
What's great about it: Efficient, accurate, good value, guides me through.
What's not so great: AMT is never explained very well

Consistent and straightforward

I have been using TurboTax since the early Intuit days when it was called MacInTax. It has always been a good, reliable product. Having access to the myriad of forms electronically makes life so much simpler. I considered this a green product as I no longer have to pick up, or fill in and mail, paper forms.
Once you have your information gathered it only takes a couple of hours to fill your information in, check it, e-file, and be done.

Upgraded me when I needed it

I doubt this could get any easier, at least not till the Feds simplify the whole income tax process. A document I was sent forced me to cross over from Deluxe to Premier but Intuit made the upgrade inline seamless and smooth. Thanks for that!
I see no reason to ever use or even try another tax preparation software.
What's great about it: Seamless upgrade to prepare another form type not part of Deluxe edition.
What's not so great: Some of the help popups are still pretty jargony
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
