Still good, getting annoying

I've been using TurboTax for a half-dozen years or so. It does the job and is pretty easy to walk through.
The snafus with the pricing changes for Premium vs. Deluxe are pretty well advertised. I have yet to request a refund for that; hopefully it won't be painful.
Aside from that, I'm very annoyed that this year you have to create a TurboTax account in order to save files to YOUR OWN DISK in encrypted format, which is something you've been able to do in the past without an account. I'm on OS X, which has great encryption and keychain capabilities, and I see no reason to pull in a TurboTax account for this.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything
What's not so great: Can no longer save encrypted documents without a TurboTax account, pricing snafus

Turbo Tax Keep the Expectation again

I believe the Turbo Tax product must maintain customer expectation. After a little confusion of some forms available on Deluxe must be used on the Premier product, Turbo Tax did the right thing to correct the issue. I am applause this decision to keep the customer happy.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Change the function to higher product (Premier) from Deluxe

Other4 than having to pay more this year for filing the same tax as last year. With out knowing

Very good product easy to use except for when you have lived in more than one state for part of the year. Some things not explained very well and you really have to read and understand what they are asking.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: states taxes as a non resident for part of the year needs a little better explanition of what is what
