easy and quick

I've used Turbo Tax for years and it is really the only way to go. I intend to keep on using it for years to come.
What's great about it: walked me right through

This product was very user friendly. The questions were straight forward and easy to understand. The search function was very useful.

Had to jump through hoops

I don't run Windows and I don't run MAC and I don't want to expose my dear data to 'the cloud' where it may get snapped by others (I don't like to give away the security of my sensitive data).
All I have are Linux computers (and I'm also not hypocritical enough to install Wine so I could run Windows applications).

I went through the triple trouble to get Windows temporarily running in a VM, so I could get TurboTax installed to file my taxes. That must classify me as very loyal customer (of 8 years).
I got through it ... but will definitely not keep twisting and turning like this just to get my taxes filed. I hope to see a Linux version next year!
What's great about it: It did the job although it seemed more difficult than previous years
What's not so great: No support for Linux

Allowed me to choose what I wanted, and guided me when I wasn't sure what I needed. Very quick and easy to use. No problems when importing information. Very good software.

Quick, thorough, easy

The process guides you quickly and easily through the often confusing and unclear required entries and steps. If you have collected and prepped the tax data to be entered, Turbo Tax zips you through the Federal tax return and the appropriate State return with ease.

Best Software Ever

I can't say enough about Turbo Tax. It's the best piece of software I've ever used. I recommend it to everyone. I work in a software company as a Software Engineer and we constantly use Turbo Tax as an example of great user experience.
What's great about it: Software is a perfect example of what we strive for in our software company
