Made It Easier to File!

I have used TurboTax for many years and I think it is the vehicle that has kept me from having to hire someone to do my tax returns. It is simple to use and it virtually eliminates oversight of important items as the returns are prepared. Thank you many times over for your product and service!
What's great about it: User friendly, simple to use, focus on quality

Still a great and "almost" painless way to do even complicated taxes.
The new interface was good, but required a bit too much scrolling.

Happy surprise

Overall experience is very good. Maybe needs to fine tune a few areas, but I understand you can't accomodate every single situation.
What's great about it: Looked for all the credits I had coming
What's not so great: Somethings weren't as clear and I had to do a lot more research on certain items than I thought I would have to do.

Going from Very Good to Great

The conveniences of TurboTax e-filing are excellent. When I want to return to correct a number or some detail in a previous section, I'd like the ability to go back to where I entered the number instead of starting with "Walk me through it," or "I'll type the data myself," or some other screen. This requires me to hit "Continue" several times until I reach the screen with the number I want to change.
What's great about it: I liked the automation of the product processes and the attention to detail. Also appreciated the automatic worksheets.
What's not so great: Navigation back to a previous section could be easier rather than starting with the section's first page.

I have used Turbo Tax for about ten years and each year TT transfers data from the previous year smoothly and accurately. I was very pleased with the personal assistance I received from the TT toll free help line -- I did not realize this service was available -- most appreciated.
What's great about it: Smooth transfer of previous years data, excellent personal help by phone with your help line

I have use Turbo Tax for several years and never had a problem. A very complete program and I will use it again next year.
