Great and easy way to file taxes

I've been using TurboTax since it's inception. It has always been great. There was a hiccup this year with some of the forms being moved, but that has been resolved, so no issues.
What's great about it: Quick. Just follow the prompts. Accurate
What's not so great: Had to upgrade to get the proper forms. But it was free this year.

Easy!

My filings are fairly simple, just rental properties. TurboTax takes care of everything! I've been using it for 15 years and will continue to do so!
What's great about it: Easy to understand and follow for non-tax pros
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Whiz Through Your Taxes

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and each year it gets easier to use. This year it seemed particularly easy.
What's great about it: Clear, concise questions
What's not so great: Can't see where I am on the tax forms

Great except K-1 forms

First time I had to enter the K-1 form and TurboTax missed an entry that made my return reject. I found the amount that caused the reject in the work sheets in the "forms" area so I was able to correct the return and get it accepted. It took a couple hours to find and verify/guess as to what the IRS was looking for. Over-all, great tax software including very good "HELP" screens; and will continue using this in the years to come.
What's great about it: As for many years now, the only tax software I use and always great and accurate!
What's not so great: Problem with the complexities of the K-1 filing

TurboTax Customer for Many Years

I think I've been using TurboTax now for more than 25 years. It keeps getting better every year. I just follow the interview questions and READ CAREFULLY. If you can read and follow instructions, TurboTax will get you through the process.

It is very easy to use and accurate. Just enter the data and Turbo does the rest stepping you thru all the way.
What's great about it: Very to navigate
What's not so great: Had to upgrade to permier thos year jsut to do cap gains
