This is tedious but works out in the end

First time doing Virginia return. It was also a partial year return. Somehow is does not seem right that we owed no money. But your software was easy to execute so I take it as an article of faith that my return is accurate.
What's great about it: detailed, comprehensive, accurate as far as I can tell
What's not so great: Need more on what I CANNOT deduct. Need statement that my estimated taxes meet federal criteria

I've been using turbo tax every year for over 10 years and they always manage to think of everything. It's an easy experience every year.
What's great about it: Audit check is a must!
What's not so great: none

Best choice for tax returns

Turbo tax is user- friendly allowing anyone with uncomplicated financial circumstances to follow a step by step guide to enter their income and deductions without paying a fortune for results

Very easy and user friendly

not sure if I can still make a back up of my return to disk. I did not take the Turbo Tax cloud offer and have so far not been offered the option of backing up to disk.. I will see as we finish up

Would prefer the older method of updating of TurboTax. The older method gave details as to what was needing to be updated with specific form numbers etc without initiating a browser session to the Internet.
Also, the nickname should not have parameters like minimum characters.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and am very pleased how easy it is to use.
What's great about it: Everything. Is very easy to use.
What's not so great: NONE
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great refund

Great program, I have used for many years. The 1 thing that bothers me is that when i complete a segment I have to scroll down to the bottom to continue onto the next segment. Why can't it be programmed to just go to the next segment without having to scroll from the top to the bottom. I'm just saying pain in the butt..
