Turbo Tax Good for Computer "Illiterate"

Turbo Tax made such a frightening experience easy to file. A few pages were confusing because I did not understand what was required, but the thoroughness of the system, took care of my confusion. Great tool for taxes! This even helps with state taxes at the same time!
What's great about it: Step by Step Instruction

First problem - Always bought Deluxe, now require Premium
State Return stuck in loop - Required a additional download
What's great about it: Quicker than manual
What's not so great: Many problems with software requiring Customer Service

Easy Money

I've been using TurboTax for years and it gets better, faster and easier each time. It inputs our information from last year then inputs all of our W2s.
What's great about it: Fast and Easy
What's not so great: Wish there were more state returns available

2014 Review

Overall good but could use some tweaking. Some questions are not as precisely worded as they need to be.
Also, I noticed the mailing instructions or address did not print this year or 2013. Possibly a mistake on my part but 2 years in a row when this has printed in all of my previous years.

Federal Tax Prep

I have been using TurboTax for a long time. I had some problems with it this year, primarily with entering data for a 1099 Other Income form. This was non earned income but Turbo Tax placed it as business Income. I had to delete the business income, and the miscellaneous entries and re-enter the data. Editing the information did not work.
What's great about it: Easy guidelines to follow. Efiling is quick
What's not so great: forms did not always perform with correct data.

Everything has changed this year form last, so it has made it difficult to enter things, such at charitable deductions, and other itemized things.

This is my third year using Turbo Tax, and once again I have only positive things to say. The program is easy to use, very detailed, and requires virtually no special skills in navigating through the process.
What's great about it: Very easy to work with, complete
What's not so great: None
