I would like to see the cursor appear at the bottom of each section (Income, Deductions, etc.) rather than have to scroll down through each finished item to get to the next one. Should I wish to change one I can scroll up to it. It would be faster for the cursor to go to the just completed item.

Easy to Use

As a long time user, the program has gotten more user friendly. Filing Taxes this was not the usual chore. The only downside was the electronic download was more time consuming.
What's great about it: the format is getting easier to use
What's not so great: Could not electronically download some financial info.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Can't imagine doing my taxes any other way. Turbo Tax is so easy to use - have your papers ready and just answer the questions as they come! I don't have to keep searching for the forms needed - they just pop up!
What's great about it: All I had to do was provide info needed for filing!
What's not so great: Nothing I can think of right now.

Turbo and Me

Overall I think Turbo Tax is wonderful, easy to understand and to use. I recommend it to my friends all the time.
What's great about it: Very simple language and the "help" areas are particularly easy to understand
What's not so great: I find it difficult to return to an area where I might have a question or a "second thought". Have to start at the begi

Perfect Tax Preparation Software

I used TurboTax to prepare my tax returns for the last ten years and it is flawless. Easy to use and easy to install and makes filing as easy as 1-2-3. I purchased the 2014 Premier version and it covered all the items I need to file. I will continue to use TurboTax and I highly recommend it.

Easier than ever

Like how I can flip between Easy Step and Forms and land exactly where I need to be. (Wasn't always the case.) Like being able to jump from one topic to another in any order, but still ensure I didn't miss any.
Like ease of importing last year's TurboTax info and info from financial institutions.

Extra Work

We had our identity stolen in 2013 return using Turbo Tax. The IRS gave us a special PIN # to use but Turbo Tax would not accept a six digit # so we could again not email our return. Two years in a row.
What's great about it: Uses last year's information which is helpful.
What's not so great: could not resolve problems filing
