I have used turbo tax for many years and find it to be easily usable.

Like expected, TurboTax didn't let me down, this year was easy than last year.
What's great about it: Great and easy software
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

I have been using Turbo Tax and its predecessor since 1983, that's over 32 years of successfully filing my taxes. I have never had any issues, and always find it easy to step through the forms.
What's great about it: ease of use, transfer of prior year data
What's not so great: none

Another great year for Turbo Tax. Have been a very long time user. Never have had any issues, Everything is right and very easy to use, Highly recommended.
What's great about it: Easy to use for first timers with the ability to cater to the long timers
What's not so great: To do everything right it takes time. Just be patient

i love turbo tax. it is easy to use & i feel secure in knowing my tax forms were filled out right. i have used turbotax for years & will use them again next year
What's not so great: when the forms were printed a little of the bottom of the sheets was cut off
