TERRIBLE PRODUCT

TURBO TAX MISSED THE MARK THIS YEAR...VERY POOR PROGRAM. NOTHING WORKED. HAD TO MOVE LAST YEARS FILES INTO THIS YEARS JUST TO TRANSFER.
IF IT HAPPENS NEXT YEAR I WILL STOP BUYING YOUR PRODUCT.

Bad Business decision

I will not use Turbo Tax in the future. There are many other Tax preparation applications on the market. Requiring me to upgrade my software this year was it for me. I cannot trust Intuit to be clear and honest about what their software packages can and cannot do.

Turbo Tax Broken

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1986 with excellent results.
I have been using deluxe for all those years and this version meet my needs. This year I had to upgrade to premier with no changes in my tax return.
Turbo change was very slow to start. I had to hit the icon several times for the program to start. This could take several minutes to start.
Updates took 15 plus minutes to update.
I have used this computer for the past few years with no issues with Turbo Tax.
Looks like I will try H and R Block's program next year.
What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Works Poorly

2014 Tax Experience

Probably will use another form of tax filing next year. Have never in 6 years had trouble printing the required documents, until this year. Still have not printed what I need to send with my check to the IRS.
What's not so great: Could not print out necessary documents to send to Feds. Have used Turbo Tax for 6 years and never had this problem.

Turbo Tax used to be good!

Turbo tax has been great for years, but now they require you to buy the more expensive premier edition to handle capital gains. It used to be part of the deluxe edition. Will not be buying Turbo Tax next year, unless this changes.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: Very Slow, Must now buy Premier Edition for Capital Gains!

Downgrade of Deluxe Program

Given one star because of being FORCED to purchase the premier version of TT to get schedule E which was always included in the Deluxe version. I have used TT for over 7 years. I will strongly consider other programs or an in person tax service next year if this will be permanent change.
What's great about it: Fast and Easy

A year of disaster

I have been using TurboTax for MANY years and have never experienced any issues that could not be resolved with a minimum of effort. HOWEVER, when I loaded the product (the same one I have been purchasing for MANY years) I learned the product could NO LONGER be used with Investments. This was contrary to the add that let me, once again, to the version I had been using. And, I would have to pay an additional fee to get the advertised version. Fortunately, the company appears to have been pressured into restoring the missing functionality, without additional charge. Next year, will have to look closely at competing software.
What's great about it: Easy to use; intuitive
What's not so great: Product was NOT as advertised
