Got my back

I have been a user of TurboTax since it first launched. Has always been pretty good for the lay person to be guided thru the processes. I always rely on Intuit - TurboTax ( fan of all their programs)
What's great about it: 100% feel good APP that has my back
What's not so great: So far none

As usual, TurboTax was easy to use and asked the right, understandable questions. The only problem was that last year, I used another tax preparer. TT could not go back to the 2012 return to get all the taxpayer information.
What's great about it: Filling out the return was completely painless and simple
What's not so great: TT could not import tax payer information from the 2012 return
Pros: I bought or sold investments

all worked great . K1 data was difficult to enter

Once you pick the right product
I liked it is easy to use and follow an every thing is explained
used to have some one do it for me i dint like the idea of some one else know my personal stuff.

What's not so great: to many options to choose from it is confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Appreciate that carry-over from precious years is automatically available for my calculations.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is the best way to determine and file Taxes

The overall product and its use are outstanding. With the many cases of whether this condition or that condition applies, the product makes filing much easier.
What's great about it: I like the year-to-year transfer and the interface with brokeage accounts.
What's not so great: Some of the questions which require multiple NOs are a bit annoying but a good check.

Sluggish Savings

I have been using TurboTax the past few years, but this year it ran really slow. After I downloaded my investment information, it took a long time to load every page. Even after a page loaded, the hour glass would come up randomly.
What's great about it: Makes filing easy
What's not so great: Might have been quicker somewhere else
