I am very interested in your Software.I have used it for three years. It is very user friendly, the instructions are in plain language.there should be options as single and or widowed householdhead in addition to single ,widowed.or household,
your software is great,Security, scalability, performance(time)flexibility.the useability & desireability is very high.
The only thing I did not liked is the last part ,that puts bank as a means to transfer your refund.such things may have a negative impact on your trustworhy reputed work.
What's great about it: easily guides you through, evaluations,or inspection of what you have entered
What's not so great: why you affilate or franchaise to another financial institution the transfer(even in consent of your customer?)No need

Love having my returns from last year automaticly loaded into this years return. It's so helpful to have the ability to easily compare last years numbers with the current year (side by side...perfect!) I feel confident that TurboTax will be accurate and will help me find all my credits and deductions for a maximum refund. I would probably not be able to prepare my own taxes without TurboTax.
What's great about it: Easy to use

Sometimes difficult to identify exactly why an item was rejected or needs correction or additional detail. Its particularly difficult on downloaded data from broker input.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

As Good as a CPA

I have had both simple and complicated taxes over the years. For a few years, in addition to using Turbo I paid a CPA to do my taxes, just to be certain my taxes were correct. I was actually audited by the IRS because of a significant one year change in income. I had submitted the CPA's version of my taxes due to the complication of determining a basis for an asset I had inherited. After the audit I actually received a refund. The Turbo Tax had figured it correctly. I have encouraged many people who worked for me, who usually went to a Tax Service and paid a high fee for an instant refund to use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: It walks you through everything
What's not so great: It asks if I want to update every time I reopen

Needs lots of improvement

I have used TurboTax since 2003. This year was my most unpleasant experience. My taxes are complex.
Navigation continues to be an issue. I had to go back to a form to check on something. clickety click back, then clickety click forward, a pain. There should be a form summary in a left-side pane for quick navigation. This is an OLD problem.
Data entry by form seemed somewhat random. It was not always perfectly clear what forms I was entering. The IRS uses numbered forms (like 1099-R). Turbo Tax needs to align its data entry process with those forms.
After reviews, some clicks "did not take." The windows "explaining" the issue were, shall I say, Sparse.
It appears Turbo Tax is resting on its well-deserved laurels. But it needs work, more investment. This year, I was not so happy. (However, I would be lost without Quicken.)
What's great about it: It's TurboTax --quick and fairly easy
What's not so great: Updates and improvements needed

I found Turbo Tax to be very thorough in covering every bracket of preparing my taxes. It made the process easy and gave instructions that were not confusing. I was disappointed that I had to buy a more expensive version this year in order to cover the same brackets as last year.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Cost was higher this year
