Quick and Easy

I love how easy it is to use and how quickly I can see my results. It's easy to edit/delete entries. When I had a question about the deductibility of investment advisory fees, I found the best answer from Turbo Tax -- I found it via Google.
What's great about it: Easy to use. I had choice of being led thru interview or just entering/editing my data directly.
What's not so great: When I wanted to preview my Form 1040 and I clicked "form" it took me to a 1040 data collection sheet rather than form.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Sorted My Stocks

I have used TurboTax for five years to do my basic taxes and would buy a separate program to handle the stock portion because I do a lot of trading. This is the first year I used TurboTax to do all of it and it was so much easier to follow I will never go back to the old way. I had problems with the other stock program and they did not have anyone I could talk to by phone. All questions were answered by email, which was very inefficient and cost me hours of time trying to straighten it out, which did not even happen. I called TurboTax to ask if their program could help me and the recording not only said I would be put in a queue and a representative would call me, they actually did so and quickly. Arthur was very helpful and took all the time I needed to explain things. My taxes have never gone so smoothly. I honestly dreaded tax time and now I won't.
What's great about it: The program is very easy to follow.

Federal taxes all went well until that Foreign Tax Credit - took too much time to figure out that it is going to be only $3. May be you should find a way to tell about how much to expect before so much work is putting in.
State Taxes - God knows where the number came from... Let us hope it is correct. Some entries are not clear - needs a simpler words from Turbo Tax. Thank you.

What's great about it: Got the Federal Tax Return and e-filed it - very good.
What's not so great: Done with the State Tax Return - no option for e-file - not good.

I thought Premier for turbotax was a free add-on this year due to the "glitch". Guess not.
What's great about it: Loaded my data
What's not so great: Costs too much and got charged for premier
