Good program

The importing of the finanacial info from my brokerage house worked very well. I was able to do this by uprgrading to Turbo Tax Premiere with the help of a customer service agent with Turbo Tax in Atlanta. It was free as upgrade with Deluxe.
However, the step by step approach followed for the Foreign Tax Credit is hard to follow. I wish Turbo Tax would get together with the financial companies that import info to have the country of the foreign tax amounts paid on designated ie. Netherlands and have the boxes on that form automatically filled in with the download, reflecting the dividends entered and foreign tax paid to give the answer on the foreign tax credit.

Even when i've owed either state or Federal tax - i'm still satisfied with the operation of Intuit TurboTax.
I've never had to use the Audit Services (knocking wood) and hope i never have to.

So Easy!

As always, I depend on TurboTax to file an accurate return. I trust that everything is covered and explained. I like that a record of my filing is kept from year to year so much information is already filled in.

Rental Expenses
