Very Easy

I've always been afraid to do my taxes myself but Turbo Tax made it simple. It took away all the fear and anxiety. Just have all your information ready and answer the questions.
What's great about it: Walked me through everything

Still wonderful

Even though Turbo Tax reported some issues this year in the news I did not find any. The one form missing was resolved with a free copy of Premire.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: None found
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

We do our own returns with the wonderful help from Turbo Tax. It is simple and we appreciate being able to import information from banking institutions. Thanks!
What's great about it: The directions are clear and it is so wonderful for you to put everything on the proper forms.

Refund 2014

I've used TurboTax for the last 4 years and I'll use it again next year. I appreciate their response to earlier complaints about the recent change in format. Wish other companies were as responsive.
What's great about it: Easy to use, only took 2.5 hours
What's not so great: HSA forms were hard to delete

I was not able to go to specific sections to review income, payments & deductions with out cycling through every section before coming to the section I wanted to review. Possibly there is a way to do this but I could not find it.

Keep it up to date, keep going the extra mile for ease of use.
What's great about it: Format and help topics.
What's not so great: Tax laws and some overlaps in medical sections on what is deductible and what is not deductible.

What's not so great: GOT A LITTLE OVER MY HEAD ON CAPITAL GAINS BUT UPGRADED TO PREMIUM AND NAILED IT

Have been using TT for a long time. As my finacial situation got more complex, I wouldn't have been able to continue doing my own taxes without the help of TT. I also find the Q&A forum very helpful to address new situations.
What's great about it: Transfer of info from prior year, download of financial info, prior year comparison
What's not so great: Having to recheck boxes when going thru some of the entries for a 2nd time. Some trouble with updates and state e-filing
