Finished 2014 returns!

Thank you Turbo Tax for updating the program to avoid confusion. I think you have a great program. I understand the need to differentiate the programs for easier returns versus more complicated. I think increasing the cost next year is more than fine for my more complicated return.
What's great about it: Easy as promised.

2015 TAX RETURN

We got though our tax return with fairly quickly with only a little screeming this year.
What's great about it: the program caught a few things that we would have missed
What's not so great: questions sometimes seem to go in circles

Excellent Service

I had a lot of issues filing my taxes this year since I moved out of country. Turbo Tax was great at handling the problem. I couldn't ask for any better customer service.
What's great about it: Great Customer Service
What's not so great: Long hold before pick up

Not Real Good

The rental property is not as accurate - had problems with it. The AZ taxes was not done well.
What's great about it: Easy but slow
What's not so great: Did not give same savings as an accountant

Excellent Product

Covers all situations and asks the right questions. Explains in detail what needs to be entered into the various areas. Excellent downloads from major financial institutions eliminating data entry (and possible data errors). Constant updating of tax info and program software.
What's great about it: Ease of use, completeness, security
What's not so great: Necessary upgrade to Premier edition from Deluxe

Another successful filing

I have used TurboTax for several years and it could not be easier. I just buy the version that fits my tax situation for that year and everything is automatically transferred to the correct forms as I go along. The questions help remind me about available credits and deductions as I go. All of my information is automatically transferred from year to year and electronically transferred from all of my financial institutions so I do not have to enter the data.
What's great about it: Easy transfer of data from financial institutions and from last years info.
What's not so great: I could not print a readable version of my return from the printing prompts during the review process.

HSA section screwy!!

HSA section not work properly. It assumes that if you have HSA you have a High Deductible Health Plan. We do not. There is no provision for that. Well, there is but it doesn't work right.
What's great about it: All smooth except HSA
What's not so great: HSA!
