Hard to navigate sometimes

Biggest problem is when I got hung up after e-Filing my Federal - I found it difficult to get back to file State Returns for mailing.
Also, it's cumbersome when having to go back to review or correct something.
What's great about it: Easily guided me through all the phases.
What's not so great: Hung up after e-Filing my Federal - hard to get back to file State Return for mailing.

It does not print a copy of a mail-in tax return. When you select the forms to print, the program loop right back to the same screen and never moves to the print command.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: Hard to correct information erroneos entered in wrong block, and it does not allow a mail in tax return to print.

Overall, this just seems to be the easiest way for me to do my tax return. Have been using TurboTax for many years!
What's great about it: Was able to import most information from brokerage company.
What's not so great: Navigating is not the best for an amateur.

2014 Tax Program

I liked last year's version better. To ME, it was easier to use for the tax uninformed. This year's version (2014) was not friendly like the 2013 version and seemed to be to be down right hostile.
What's great about it: I appreciate the step-by-step guidance, help, and tax filing review
What's not so great: Couldn't find the tax forms like last years product (it had a TF tab), not as friendly at 2013

I didn't care for the fact that the 2014 edition of the same tax package I have used year after year suddenly "dropped" necessary forms. While you made good by allowing us to download necessary forms, I thought it was not handled well. I do not mind the increased price but I wish you had been more straightforward when the 2014 package was ready and sent. Otherwise, I continue to appreciate and like TurboTax.
What's great about it: As usual I liked how TT brings it all together
What's not so great: For 2014 I was a bit dismayed, see below

So easy and thorough

I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years. It keeps getting better. I couldn't ask for anything more. Some of the screens changed a bit this year. I take comfort in seeing the same formats year after year. Please keep your changes to a minimum.
What's great about it: detailed info quickly available
What's not so great: nothing
